Great heater, remote display shows incorrect temperature in Celcius

I like everything about the heater, it is compact, quiet, easy install, love the wifi connectivity with app control. I am, though, unhappy with the remote thermostat display as i live in Canada and use it to display degrees celcius. When the temperature is in single digits, (1-9 degrees) the display adds another 1 in front of the actual temperature. For example, a temperature of 8 will display as 18. I called customer service and was told they are aware of this issue. I would like to be contacted when this issue is resolved and receive another remote thermostat as soon as possible. Thank you, Darrell.

Great Garage Heater

This heater was easy to install and setup. The app makes it easy to control and the external thermostat is a great feature too. I’ve been happy with its performance so far. The heater has been able to maintain the temperature within my two-car garage with no problems.
